Return & Exchange Policy

At Scrubix, we want you to love your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned in the same condition as received.

  • Customers must contact us via email within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.

  • Photos of the defect or damage must be included in the email before approval is given.

Excluded Items

  • Discounted and sale items are not eligible for exchange.

  • No exchanges are accepted for products that have been used or removed from their original packaging.

Exchange Process

  • Once approved, the defective product must be returned to us at the customer’s expense.

  • Only the same product will be sent as a replacement — exchanges for different items are not permitted.

  • Exchanges will only be processed once we have received and inspected the returned product.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at care@scrubix.co.za within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the defect or damage, and your contact details.

  3. Wait for confirmation and instructions before sending the product back.
