Delivery

  • All orders are shipped via trusted local couriers.

  • Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Free shipping is offered on orders over R550. This offer may change or end at any time without notice.

Tracking

  • Tracking details will be provided if available from the courier.

  • Customers will be notified by email once their order has been dispatched.

Responsibility & Liability

  • Scrubix is not liable for delays, damages, or losses once an order has been handed over to the courier.

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details. Scrubix is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
